Comments: Nice red wine. A small initial bite, but became increasingly pleasing as time went on. A very nice wine with dinner. We would try it again just to check for consistency, but in general, its good.

J Lohr Paso Robles Merlot 2009

Comments: J Lohr has always made a nice consistent red wine. Both Merlot and Cabernet's from J Lohr are exceptionally tasty, full bodied and consistent. I would definitely buy this wine again. It's getting harder to determine which wines get the full rating of 5 - One of my favorites. So many great wines to choose between.

Francis Coppola Petit Syrah 2007

Comments: Coppola red's are always pleasant, and nice tasting. We seem to consistantly enjoy many of their different red wines. Search tour site for Coppola wines and you will see what many of their selections. Nice, pleasant, tasty and consistant. What more could we ask for in a red wine.

Comments: This red wine was a pleasant surprise. It was very tasty and an interesting mixture. It is 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 4% Malbec, 4% Syrah, and 2% Petit Verdot. Alot of different red wines with a creative and amazingly great tasting wine as well. One, we will try again to make sure that it is also consistant.

Comments: Lately, we've been lucking out and getting some really decent red wines. This one is from Spain and for the price, I can't complain. Actually, I'm pleasantly pleased with the tasty red wine at a great price. We will probably try it again.

Comments: This wine is one of our staples and one wine which we continue to purchase often. It has a nice smooth pleasant consistent taste and could also be rated as one of our favorites. If we buy it again and it continues to be tasty, we'll move it up a notch in our ratings.

Comments: Maybe it was just what we ate earlier, I don't know. But, this wine had a sharp strange taste. However, this won't stop us from experimenting. This is how we sometimes discover a new favorite. Oh well, maybe next time.
